Why didn't he use a catch pole on an animal that had already demonstrated it willingness to bite?
I am troubled for 2 reasons, A so it was safer to both draw guns and shoot a dog 5 or so times when the dog was in close proximatey to and had hold of the K9 controllers arm as opposed to running over and grabbing the dog?
